Went to Zoomcare got the worst medical service ever for $140.00 they said it "might" be dermatitis but they would not write a prescription for any steroid cream or anything else...
would love some advice!
I've tried a hot tea compress and a simple moisturizer but seems to just get worse.
It looks like this in the morning and then becomes puffy.
