COVID-19 Breakthrough Case Investigations and Reporting | CDC
Breakthrough case reporting does not support the vaccination narrative (a growing push that these do stop infection and transmission) so let's simply stop reporting these.
Prior to this the PCR threshold & prior test criteria, which was convenient to build mass numbers/hysteria, is also not so convenient now that the vaccines are being rolled out (we cant have these people testing positive), so these were changed also. Even under the new threshhold doctors must still look past these tests for symptoms, condition & whether the person was vaccinated, and then they themselves decide on the final designation, based on said criteria.
There is absolutely no level playing field when it comes to assessing these vaccines. Manipulation is beyond a joke.
