Female, 40 years old
Due to endometriosis, had 7 surgeries
Hysterectomy
Gallbladder removed
Blood clots in left lung
MTHFR, Auditory Processing Disorder, Plantar Fasciitis, Sinus Infection, Arthritis in hands, knees and feet, Glaucoma and pain in right eye, Sporadic pain in heart, Headache
Pains in: Jaw, Right shoulder, Nausea, Lumbago, Abdomen, Both knees, Left foot
Day 2, Treatment 2 on Mon. 01/30/2017
In: Headache 7/10, Jaw 5/10, Nausea 6/10, Abdomen 5/10, Left foot (plantar fasciitis) 7/10
All other pains have not come back since the 1st treatment
Coughing
Out: No Pain and No Coughing
