Male, 59 years old Rectal tumor (Diameter of 5 cm) was removed on 05/21/2013 Ileostmy reversal on 07/03/2013 Original Tumor: Diameter of 5 cm One 6 weeks of radiation and chemo therapy completed in Aug. 2015 Rectal pain 2/10 to 8/10 forced him to use Motrin. Either Diarrhea or Constipation Frequent painful bowel movements: - Almost 20 times a day - Couldn't have continued sleeping - Couldn't urinate while standing Left hamstring pain: 6/10 In - Rectal pain: 2/10
- Heart rate: 61~64 bpm
Out - No pain
- Was able to urinate while standing, which is the first time since 2013
- Heart rate: 54~56 bpm

Day 2, Treatment 2, Wed. 07/13/2016 Slept 5 hrs but woke up 4 times due to bowel movement and discomfort in rectal 18 bowel movements for past 24 hrs - 2 times of solid brown stool - all others were dark brown and not sizeable Last treatment's effects lasted 5 hrs. Daytime's most severe pain: 6/10 with Motrin taken In- Rectal pain: 4/10
- Heart rate: 63~65
Out - No pain
- Could urinate while standing and more powerful stream
- Heart rate: 51~55
His wife accompanied had bradyacusia for years that she could not hear high pitch sound and could not hear alarm sound. Only with a needle, she could hear high pitch sound in a minute. |

Day 3, Treatment 3, Thu. 07/14/2016 Slept 5 hrs but woke up only one times with no reason 14 bowel movements for past 24 hrs - diameters of 1/2" - lengths of 4", 6" and 8" - started with dark brown and ended with golden - not too loose, not too hard and just right Last treatment's effects lasted 6.5 hrs. Daytime's most severe pain: 6/10 with Motrin taken In- Rectal pain: 4/10 about time Motrin's effect had disappeared
- Left hamstring: 2/10
- Heart rate: 66~71
Out - No pain
- Could urinate while standing and more powerful stream

Day 7, Treatment 4, Mon. 07/18/2016 Slept 12 hrs, woke up two times with no reason 8 to 10 bowel movements for past 24 hrs - brown - normal to thin and/or short - not too loose, not too hard and just right Within one hour after meal, has a bowel movement. Has already been accustomed with urinating while standing, doesn't even think of a chance of leaking stool. In- Rectal pain: 0/10 even with no Motrin
- Left hamstring: 4/10
- Heart rate: 63~64

Has already been accustomed with urinating while standing, doesn't even think of a chance of leaking stool. In- Rectal pain: 1/10 even with no Motrin

- Heart rate: 68
